Our Costa Rica surf lessons are 2 hours and cover the following topics:

Video Analysis is also available for those looking to get the most out of their surf lessons. This technique allows you to visualize yourself surfing while the instructor points out your strengths as well as areas needing improvement. The process will accelerate your surfing very quickly.
