Blue Trailz is the mountain bike specialist of Costa Rica, conducting Costa Rica bike tours all over the Nicoya Peninsula. Our knowledgeable guides and technicians will provide you with all the information and support you need to have an unforgettable adventure. Different Costa Rica bike tours are available for all different levels of cyclists. We currently offer three different Tamarindo bike tours shown below, but custom tours and overnight tours are also available.

Pinilla Jungle Costa Rica Bike Tour (25 km or 15 ½ miles)

This 2-½ hour trip takes you south of Tamarindo into the Pinilla Jungle and is suitable for riders of any ability. Take pleasure in secluded ocean views and observe Costa Rica’s vast wildlife. The trail contains only 1 hill and two river crossings.

Santa Rosa Costa Rica Bike Tour (25 km or 15 ½ miles)

This 2-½ hour trip takes you north of Tamarindo into the town of Santa Rosa and is suitable for riders of any ability. Enjoy views of breathtaking mountains, dense jungles, while passing through rural Costa Rican Villages. This trail contains 2 hills and three river cossings.

Bahia de Los Piratas Costa Rica Bike Tour (37 km or 23 miles)

This 4-hour tour is our longest and most advanced tour and takes you north passed Playa Conchal to Bahia de Los Piratas. Bike through remote beaches and experience magnificent mountains and ocean views. The trail is very hilly and contains multiple water crossings.
